1. About ProBridge
- ProBridge Pty Ltd (“ProBridge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- Our Services operate solely as an information and advertising/lead generation platform that connects individuals (“Clients”) with independent law firms and legal practitioners (“Law Firms”).
- ProBridge does not establish a solicitor-client relationship with any Client.
2. Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
3. Use of the Platform
- Clients may submit matters or legal enquiries through the platform.
- ProBridge will share client details with up to three matched Law Firms that appear suitable for the matter.
- Law Firms may contact Clients directly using the information provided.
- ProBridge does not guarantee that any Law Firm will accept a matter or that outcomes will be successful.
4. No Legal Advice
- Any content, guides, or information on this website are general in nature and not intended as legal advice.
- ProBridge does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any legal services provided by Law Firms.
5. Fees & Payment
- Posting a matter is free for Clients.
- Law Firms may be required to pay membership or advertising fees to ProBridge in order to receive matters.
- ProBridge does not charge Clients referral fees or take commissions from legal fees.
6. Privacy & Data
- Client details will only be shared with selected Law Firms.
- All data handling is governed by our [Privacy Policy].
- By submitting a matter, you consent to the disclosure of your details for the purposes of being contacted by matched Law Firms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ProBridge is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, or claims arising out of the Services or actions of any Law Firm.
- Clients acknowledge that ProBridge does not control or supervise the services provided by Law Firms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and materials on this website remain the property of ProBridge.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit platform content without permission.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms or is unlawful.
10. Changes to These Terms
- ProBridge may amend these Terms from time to time.
- Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised date.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
